I’ve just checked support.emc.com site and did not found Documentum 7.3. Are you still able to see it available for download? Just like to confirm that something strange is not happening with my EMC support account.

  yes, maybe it’s only available for partnerts. The date of the downloads is set as Nov. 14, maybe on Monday will be GA
